Look, I'm not going to argue anymore. I can tell that anda want to be left alone. (Also, I suggest anda stay away from the internet because that can make anda lebih depressed.)

Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If anda want to lose weight (which I really don't think anda need to) then trying eating Buah and exercising regularly.

Try making time for exercise an jam each day, start off with easy stuff then maybe start doing lebih challenging exersices. Fruits and veggies for snacks always! >.<
I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out Chocolate and potato chip snacks for apples and kacang, kacang tanah mentega atau sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, anda have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than anda and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. anda do realise that if anda don't correct eating/exercise habits that anda will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if anda feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

When I say colorful, i mean have a lot of different Warna on your plate. Not just brown/tan Warna on your plate, have purple, red, green, brown, and orange on your plate!

What type of Makanan do anda eat? anda should try to eat a variety of food, but done completely cut out the sweet stuff. anda need a balance. And if anda can't swim atau ride a bike, how about joining a sports team at school atau going for a run?
