No, they don't. People don't need to message Fanpop, atau e-mel them. Why? Because it isn't necessary. I imagine they are completely aware of the current glitch and are working on fixing it. Yes, it has been four days. I'm sure we'll all survive, somehow.

The people who run this site, have either (a) already seen what is going on and are fixing it atau (b) have received hundreds of emails about it already, I know you're trying to help everyone but it's unnessecary , sorry.
