Cinta is what sets humans above animals, when we disregard it for personal pleasure, it's disgraceful.

it's different when anda have sex with somebody who anda have true feelings for and actually have a meaningful relationship with them.

It would be shallow to say that just because a man has an unacceptably high sex drive that he is simply an animal, as sex drive alone does not determine a person's standing on the hierarchy of living things. Other things that can determine such standing would include creative ability, ability to construct, and so on.
So no, it does not necessarily make him an animal.
