Taika's Deep Questions! soalan 1: What's the difference between living and existing?

Living is having a purpose and be able to spread around your talents, have dream, goals, feelings, etc.
Existing is just being born in this world with no purpose, dreams, goals, emotions, etc. Kinda like just 'floating by'.

Living: You're alive and animated.

Existing: It's real, but not necessarily alive. anda can prove that it's there. For example, a chair. A chair is an actual thing. anda can prove they're real and they exist. Yes, they're inanimate, but they were invented and are used every single day.
The Easter Bunny is an example of something that doesn't exist. He's a legend. anda can't prove he's real.
Basically, existing is being there, but not always having to be alive.

Living is the ability to think, act, breathe, move, eat, basically all those things that anda think of when anda think of something being animate.

Existing is just being there. Like a rock. Its existing. If anda are recognized as being there.

General speaking if anda are living anda are existing, but not the other ways around

Living means that anda have a purpose atau goal in life if anda will,you aren't just waking up everyday going through the motions,you feel fulfilled. Existing on the other hand,is when anda just wake up and anda are still breathing,you HAVE no purpose,you have no desires to fulfill,you have no wants to strive for. You're basically just there. And it can be sejak choice atau in your lot in life but it's very hard to transition from existing to living. Especially for people who have a repetitive routine,everyday is the same,get up,go to work,come home, go to sleep. Wash,rinse,repeat! It's a vicious cycle sometimes,and believe me I feel that way some times! So I know! There's better ways to "live" so all I can say is never give up.

Semantics.

Everything that makes life worth living.

Friends,family,love,knowledge,media, etc. If anda don't have something that truly makes anda happy in this life. You're just existing and not truly living.

living : enjoy life with your loved ones and other things anda like
existing : if anda hate your life and think it's meaningless
atau have no purpose
then anda exist just like mountains /air /sky

Well, if you're anywhere in the universe, anda exist. But unless anda meet the 4 criteria for life, anda are not alive.
