I liked the original Arrow better than what either of the shows have become, but as they currently are, I prefer The Flash. Unless, of course, you're talking about the characters. If anda are, I regret to inform anda that anda accidentally omitted Diggle as a choice.

I was refering to the tv shows but the characters are also awesome
If you're talking about the shows, I really don't care for either of them, but if you're talking about just the superheros I would say I like Flash better.
