Have anda ever had someone guilt trip you?

Quite a lot of times. Especially in the past. I have experienced many toxic relationships. Simply being made to feel guilty for who I am. A main reason why I had to alih past them. There are still some after-effects lingering around but I'm doing my best to deal with them !!!!
