What is the exact proper way to cover a sneeze?

I use my arm, especially when I'm in public.

It's just like covering your shot, wait until there is enough ambiant noise to drown out your sneeze and that way nobody knows anda did it

i use my arm, but tbh sometimes i sneeze out in the open air. :P
