Which film do anda think is the most powerful/ intense film of all time?

Not necessarily the movie anda like the most and not necessarily a movie that's highly acclaimed and popular, but the movie that anda think has the most emotional/ touching scenes, best musical score, an array of complex characters, a movie that has controversy, sends a deep message and really gets anda thinking. It can be heart-wrenching atau uplifting, action-packed atau soft-spoken. Something that really packs an emotional punch.

I can think of many examples but the first one to come to mind is the film 'John Q'. It's about an impoverished boy who has a failing hati, tengah-tengah and needs a transplant in order to survive, and his father, unable to afford the expenses of the surgery. After the boys father and mother and their Friends put all of their efforts into raising the money for the operation, it isn't enough, and the boys time is running short. Without health insurance and the hospital being unsympathetic and money-grubbing, the father is forced to take drastic measures to save his sons life.
This movie was packed with action and unpredictable moments that kept me on the edge of my kerusi, tempat duduk and scenes so intense, touching and emotional that they gave me goosebumps. Many people can forget that there is poverty in this world and this film gives poverty a face and presents the struggles and hardships of a family too poor to save what every human being has the right to have: life, and a father who decides to take a stand. There's beautiful music, the actors are amazing, there are wide variety of characters, and anda get to see many on a personal level and the protagonist is so easy to root for throughout the movie. It's just, wow, it's such a good film.
