Well, In order to create it with art tools in real life, anda need basic tools! Like Color Pencils, Color Tubes, Brushes, Wooden Pencil and alot more, anda also need good and expansive Paper to make your Picture look better!
Then, anda need to learn how to draw, Then draw your pictures, Post em' up online!
And on PC:
1st, YOu need a basic base drawing tool, Paint is the best drawer to draw your drawing's outine, After anda have your Black and White picture, Save it as a PNG file on your Dasktop for the fastest actions, After that anda need a good coloring Tool, Like Photoshop atau GIMP 2, Photoshop is good for both drawing and Coloring aswell! I say anda use those 5 bintang tools to make your fanart!
Make sure what "it" is!
If it's fanart, It's gonna have to be a drawing of something from an original show, Game atau anything like that, And if anda draw something using your imaganation, It's a drawing, Not a fanart, Hope I helped ☺
