Anyone know how to fix NTLDR (Windows boot) error?

My NTLDR is missing for my other computer and so I can't boot it. I tried to boot from a USB stick but it didn't work, and then I tried to make boot Discs but couldn't figure out how to do it.

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
