Punk rock has a special place in my heart because some of my favorite bands were/are punk rock. I love the hardcore bass in songs and tbh as a young child, I thought punk kids were so cool.

punk rock/metal/screamo are tied and then screamo and pop are a close second.

I am a Fan of all these Genres. Love Metal and Punk Rock the most, I suppose. Same reasons as you and more, 2nty !!!!

I love all of them so much but metal has always been my home. I love all of its subgeneres. I feel like its for the outcasts and people who love a good time. The lyrics are always great and the sound is always kickass!

pop is the best!

Not too fond of the other genres tbh (depending of course on how strict we're being with the concept of "genre"). I do like a few bands that are strictly punk rock, like the Ramones and the Sex Pistols, but even then most of my favourite conventional genres (goth, classic emo, alternative, etc) come from the Punk movement in some fashion.
