It was EPIC. It was 3 in the morning, everyone was sleeping but it was too cold for me to keep sleeping (3 degrees) so I got up. The 3 of us decided to start a fire to warm up, we used only a flint, some cotton balls& a tissue and the rest of the wood& leaves were all wet because it rained.
And we managed to start a fire& kept it going. It took us 2+ hours to secure the flame but it was worth it.

well i started a fire at camp the easy way with fire starter logs and charcole and a lighter lol but the way i see it a campfire is the best part of camping

Well....not by rubbing two sticks together but after using several pieces of newspaper and about 50 matches, I got one going once =). I was so proud of myself. I baked a hobo pie. YUM
