Ever since Rose had started school, her father had told her that Scorpius Malfoy was trouble. And, to be honest, before she met him, she believed it. Her father had never warned her about staying away from anyone, and since he finally had at age 11, she knew he had to be absouletly horrid. But, when she had boared the Hogwarts Express with Albus for her first visit to Hogwarts, and they were forced to sit with Scorpius because of lack of seats, Rose realized he wasn't that bad. She thought that he was actually, a good friend. But Rose was scared. To tell her father, and to get the response from her father even though she full well knew the answer she was going to get. She could imagine her father yelling, ''You did WHAT?'' And her getting a earful of knowledge of what happened to her parents from Scorpius's father from their ''school days.'' ''Rose, anda there? Earth to Rosie...'' Rose snapped back to reality. ''Yeah. Just thinking.'' James snorted. ''When are anda NOT?'' Rose took her Chocolate frog and threw it at him. ''OW! WATCH IT!'' James yelled. ''Hey, wait, I could use the card!'' He greedily tore open the Chocolate frog box and sighed. ''It's only your Mum, do anda want it?'' James held out the card to Rose. Rose took it. Her father always loved to have a Chocolate Frog Card from either him atau her mother. He had his on their mantle. ''Ooooh, she's thinking about Scorpius!'' James teased. ''So what if I am?'' ''That means that you're in loooooooove!'' Rose could tell that Albus was stifling a laugh. Rose glared at him. He instantly wiped the grin off his face. ''We're almost home,'' he choked out. ''Yeah.'' A couple hours later, the train pulled in to Platform 9 & 3/4. Rose got off the train and looked around for her parents. She found them, and ran to her father. ''Hello Rosie!'' He berkata and hugged her. She breathed in her fathers scent. She smiled. He smelled like buttered scones. She pulled away and looked at her mother. She smiled, and Rose smiled back. Then she turned and looked at Hugo. ''Nice to see you, Hu..'' She said. ''I missed you..'' ''Same here, Hu.'' ''Let's go home.'' Hermione said. The Weasleys piled into their car. Rose got in and looked out the window. To her surprise, the car seterusnya to her belonged to Scorpius Malfoy! She saw him, and he saw her, and they both just looked at each other for a minute. Then, Rose hesitantly waved. Scorpius waved back, and mouthed: ''Write me.'' Rose mouthed back: ''I'll try.'' Ron noticed that the Malfoy's were seterusnya to them, and pulled out of the station quickly.
When Rose got utama and was unpacking, all she could think about was Scorpius. But her father couldn't know that. If he did, Rose was as good as disinherited. She rembered that when she was starting her First Year, she worried so much over her father's joke of disinheriting her for not being sorted into Gryffindor. She had convinced the Sorting Hat to put her into Gryffindor because she couldn't menanggung, bear leaving her family. ''Rose! Dinner!'' Hermione called. Rose left her unpacking and went downstairs to eat makan malam, majlis makan malam with her family. As usual, her father and Rose digged into their Makanan while her brother and mother ate their Makanan slowly. ''Rose, slow down, anda don't want to choke!'' Her mother warned. Rose just grinned. ''Mum, I've been eating like this for a long time and nothing's ever happened. I'm fine.'' Hermione relucantly went back to her Makanan and left Rose alone. But Rose was having a dilemma. She kept wondering what Scorpius was eating, atau when he had makan malam, majlis makan malam with his family, atau if he told his parents about becoming Friends with her. ''Rose?'' Her father questioned. Like on the train, she snapped back to reality. ''Sorry, just, thinking.'' Her family's eyes were on her. Rose just looked down and went back to eating.
An jam later, Rose was going to bed. She laid in her katil for hours, wondering if Scorpius would write her first atau if she should write him. It took Rose another jam to make her decision.
Tomorrow, she would write a letter to Scorpius Malfoy.


--Okay, I know this was ''slow'' but it's only part 1 of Summer 1. There will be 7 since there's 7 years of their Hogwarts Years and then there will be '7 Summers'.
