Scandal was formed in August 2006 sejak four high school girls (HARUNA || Vocal & Guitar, TOMOMI || bass & Vocal, MAMI || gitar & Vocal, RINA || Drums & Vocal) in Osaka vocal and dance school. Shortly thereafter, they started performing jalan lives every weekend at Shiroten in Osaka istana, castle Park. Their popularity steadily began to grow and they started getting offers from Kelab in Osaka and Kyoto.
