The first few years Jordan was so different to later Jordan her attitude was so gritty and edgy. After she settled back down with Doctor Cox she just ended up tamed I don't know.

It's true, Jordan in later seasons was far softer than she was is season 1, but I wouldn't say she was tamed. If they'd kept her that ruthless I think she would have become a bit one dimensional after a few years.

That is the thing she became to one note/dimensional after that. Before then she at-least added to the story. She'd pop up and do something and add to the story.

Later she'd roll in say something mean or interact with Dr. Cox and roll out again adding nothing.
