Yes, because he cares for ciel and gets REALLY JEALOUS hen anyone comes near him. He gets mad when claude (I hate second season xD) touches him. He says in manga it isnt a bad life. He says he only wants ciel. He asked ciel could he stay by his side. He tells Lizzy's mother that ciel is still a child and needs an adult figure to look out after him. He saves ciel and teases him! They danced! He said in anime "Im tired of precious ;life only knowing how to eat!" Also, "I should never expect less from my soul...NO my young master"

I find myself saying this a lot but . . . Sebastian is a demon. Ciel is a little boy. I'm sure Sebastian loved dancing with him . . . taking full pleasure in the boy's embarrassment. I think he likes messing with Grell. Sometimes to get Grell's help other times because he's bored. Love watching the two of them. But I'm actually less unnerved by his cat fetish than the idea that anything he's done can be seen as making him gay.
