Sherlock and Joan

Sherlock woke to find himself all stitched up, but his brother was no where to be seen.
'Excuse me, nurse? Where's Mycroft Holmes?'
'Are anda a relation?'
'He's my older brother.'
'He's in surgery at the moment.'
'What for?'
'He has third degree burns much like yourself but since he has cancer their worried the explosion could have caused something to enter his immune system which is pretty weak from the kimo.'
'Can anda keep updated?'
'Of course.'
'Thank you.' As the nurse left, Joan came in. 'Joan?'
'Sherlock!.' She hugged but he winced. 'Sorry. I thought i'd Lost anda again.'
'You'll never get rid of...

That night Sherlock slept on the couch, He didn't want to make things lebih awkward with Joan. When he woke, he thought about what to say to her, he couldn't just ignore this. He sat up and saw Irene in the kitchen.
'Your up early.'
'Couldn't sleep, What about you?'
'A lot on my mind.' Irene went and sat seterusnya to him.
'Here.' She handed him a cup of tea.
'Thank you.' He took a sip.
'So what's on your mind?' Sherlock remained silent, just staring at his tea. 'Does it have something to do with anda sleeping on the couch?'
'It doesn't matter.' He leaned ke hadapan and placed his cup on the table.
'Joan?'
'...We..We...

After a couple of days, Joan was discharged but they kept Sherlock in for lebih observation along with Mycroft. As his brother slept, Sherlock couldn't help but blame himself. If he knew Moriarty was in London his would never have come and this probably wouldn't have happened. Joan crept in along with this Joseph.
'Hey.'
'Hey.' She gave him a quick kiss. 'How are anda feeling?'
'I'm fine, i don't know why...'
'It's just a precaution.'
'I know.. but i want to go utama with anda and this little one. How is he?'
'He's good, feels so weird..I didn't expect to have him for another three months..and now..here...
