This is the one I grew up with, although I've seen almost every episode of The Spectacular Spiderman so far and it's really good, except for Peter calling Brock "Bro" all the time.

Good pick, but I'm afraid it's no competition, the mid-90's one was as close to perfect as it gets, classic animation style, well translated from comic to TV with storylines pretty well in tact and the characters I know and love.
