Second, anda might be able to get it working sejak running the game on a different compatibility mode. This doesn't always help, but it's worth a try!
To do this, first anda have to go into the folder the game's installed in (it will likely be in Program Files > Steam > steamapps > common > and then the name of the game).
Once you've found the game's .exe file, right click and choose "properties". Then, under the tab "compatibility", there should be a section called "Compatibility Mode". Tick the box that says "run this program in compatibility mode for" and then try an option from the drop down menu underneath it. anda might want to try a few different ones to see if any of them work.
Each time anda try a new one, click "ok" and then try running the game as normal (e.g. launching it from Steam). anda might find that one of them will make the game work.
Another possible way to find a solution - try going on forum for that particular game to see if anyone else has had that problem. There are also discussion boards on Steam, on the game's community hub. To reach this, just go onto either the game's store page (where anda bought it from) atau select the game in your Steam library, and there will be a link called "Community Hub". Someone may have even already found a solution!
Steam games are generally compatible with a lot of different computer systems, so it's likely that anda will be able to get it working eventually, even if it takes a bit of time and effort. Anyway, I hope some of this information will help!
Also, as an absolute LAST resort if anda cannot get the game working, Steam will take the game off your account and give anda your money back if anda contact them about it. Steam is run sejak a community friendly company and they will listen to you. But like I said, only do this as a last resort. Personally, I would probably hold onto the game for a while in case a solution is found at a later date, but it's up to you.
