Misha Collins was mugged, but he’s ‘totally fine’ 

“Supernatural” star Misha Collins was unable to attend a panel event at a Minnesota fan convention on Saturday (Aug. 22) due to being mugged the previous evening, but he’s okay.

According to Hollywood Take, Richard Speight Jr — who plays Gabriel on the CW series — made the announcement, which prompted fans to start the trending hashtag #WeLoveYouMisha. Collins tweeted to let fans know that he appreciates their support but that’s okay.

According to fan accounts, even though Collins wasn’t able to do the panel he still came to the convention to take photos with fans that wanted them.

“Supernatural” fan-favorite guest star Osric Chau also tweeted asking fans concerned about Misha to donate to his non-profit to help cheer the actor up.

Random Acts is currently in the running to be the 10th non-profit in Microsoft’s Upgrade Your World initiative and could stand to earn $500,000 if they grab the slot.

Aside from attending fan conventions, Collins is also in the middle of filming Season 11 of “Supernatural.”
