Card 1 - Secret Surveillance Camera

The code on the card is:

"Tag! You are it. This is a surveillance bug. To monitor other dahills,

Card 28. The phrase starts at the green 'p' and stops at the red 'n'.

It reveals what the password is. There is a clue to what the password is at the bottom left on the face of the card, also on the reverse of the card ;)
