I know I asked this already under polls, but..... Do anda guys think the blonde waitress at the end of avengers was important in some way?

I also wondered about the same thing. But I read on www.imdb.com that...

"The waitress was played sejak Ashley Johnson. She is simply credited as 'Waitress', but her name badge reads "Beth". There are deleted scenes in which she serves Steve Rogers coffee, and that is why there is an unusual focus on her character in later crowd scenes where she sees Captain America unmasked and realizes who he is."

I'm hoping that this woman sejak some chance, even with the nametag "Beth" has to do with Sharon Carter. She fits the physical characteristics perfectly with her blonde hair and blue eyes, plus the age range is simply perfect!

For those of anda who don't know, Sharon Carter is Captain America's Cinta interest for some time in the comics after he is frozen. Sharon Carter, sound familiar? Thats right, Cap's first Cinta interest Peggy Carter's niece is indeed Sharon Carter.

I'm wondering though if they might have changed her name somehow? They did that for Robin in The Dark Knight Rises, where the Robin of that film (although he was a young man sejak then, who became Night Wing atau so the movie suggested) did not go sejak Dick Grayson, but apparently his first name was actually "Robin" but went under a alias.

I'm hoping that I am right because then that waitress would have a brilliant meaning hidden within the Avengers movie; plus as someone stated before she was in the Deleted Scenes of Captain America the First Avenger. They also did announce that Sharon Carter would be in fact Steve Roger's new Cinta interest! :) So that is my theory, I am eagerly waiting the seterusnya topi, cap movie that will sadly be for some time later in the years. But fingers crossed for Captain America: The Winter Soldier! <3

Since the waitress does appear in a deleted scene on the Avengers DVD and then reapears in other scenes in the movie she has been getting lebih attention than usual. At first I had the same thought anda did but I don't think she is of much importance because the woman who is going to play Sharan Carter is Emily Vancamp. But there are pictures on the set of Captain America 2 during filming a scene where Captain America is Ciuman Black Widow. So maybe Sharon Carter isn't going to be the Cinta interest in THIS movie because she berkata herself she wouldn't be in the sequel; but as far as we know there will DEFINITLEY be some chemisty between Captain America and Black Widow. So in answer to your soalan no, I do not think the blonde waitress is of any importance.
