Has it been revealed who the 4 characters are Nararating 'The Mark of Athena'?

Four narrators? I thought it would be three, like the first two, but I could be wrong.
To answer your question: I'd guess Jason and Percy, since we know they fight each other, and are on the front cover, like the narrators have bee in the past. Again, it's just a guess. :\
Then again, that would focus the story around the Percy/Jason conflict, and that would narrow the plot down, which is not Riordan's style. So, on saat thought, I'd say he'll narrate from only one of their perspectives, and then pick another character to narrate from, who's dealing with a different conflict..... idk.
atau anda could be right about the four points of view, and then the narrators would be Annabeth, Percy, Jason, and someone else. Who knows? This is Rick we're talking about. ;)

Um, probably annabeth, percy, Jason, and hazel. Percy and Jason are the leaders that got exchanged, and nico is missing, so hazel might be important.

we know about annabeth and im pretty sure that one of the others is leo cause he makes a deal with nemesis and it would be pretty dumb if that didnt happen in his pov......
