Who is the model on the cover of Clockwork Angel?

I'm guessing it was probably Joshua Brand Anthony because he's a model himself and that a lot of peminat-peminat see him as Will, but it could also be Aaron Johnson because he is most likely casted as Will Herondale in the Infernal Devices!
