Does anyone know who will play princess Azula?

i heard it is this half indian half american girl named victoria kaye.
i looked her up on iMDb but there is no picture.

azula won't be in the last airbender becuse the movie is based on Avatar the last airbender book 1 but it sucks that azula wont be in it she is my faveret charicter
