Why does Maria Cinta the Captain?

I am just trying to figure out why Maria fell in Cinta with the Captain. I know why the Captian fell in Cinta with Maria-she brought Muzik back into his life and encouraged him to Cinta his children and not avoid them. So, why did she fell in Cinta with him back?
