I am confused what happen to Rick in the camper the seterusnya episode had nothing to do with it

We'll only know seterusnya episode. But, at the end of episode 4 (Morgan's episode) anda can here Rick yelling 'OPEN THE GATE!', so he's probably fine. But there's still the mega-herd coming.
