1.Bloom, It states so many times that she has the dragon flame in her, and it's the most powerful magic in the MAGIX universe.

2.Aisha/Layla, (I am still confused about the name switch) She has the power of morphix, and saved a group of pixies from the shadow phoenix atau whatever. So in my opinion, she's the saat strongest.
