An exanguination of a Greenwich, Connecticut, man leads Mulder to believe that aliens performed the task. At the same time, a similar exanguination in San Francisco turns up another young girl who looks exactly like the girl in Greenwich.

The ending of this episode with doctor eve arriving .. would have been far more intriguing if instead we saw the back of someone in a white coat, then the duty officer saying, "Hello Doctor". Camera cuts to a close up shot of the doctors face, (not showing the eyes). The doctor smiles, revealing brown stained teeth, replying "Adam" - picture fades to black with Adams sinister little chuckled laugh haunting the viewers.

Perhaps a sequel episode, one where the two eve girls are grown up. Not being able to identify ADAM, adds to the mystery the x files is famous for.
