Sorry. But Tom is guilty but also innocent. One shouldn't hit someone, epecially a girl. Yes, i know she is an AOT (Afgahn on tour) but still. IN America he would be charged wiht battery. I don't know the laws in GErmany. And she souldn't have harrased/stalked them and their family.
