When u make a video for like based on a part of a tunjuk (like taking a part when lindsay stucks the finger) atau something....dont u take a video and sunting atau wat???

Like im making a tdi linsay's tribute video and insted of just putting pics and Muzik for it, how do u make it with just putting bits of pieces from shows like tdi?
dont u sunting atau go on like a media type of thing to do this whole thing????
