I need some opinions on this picture

I started this picture before I joined Fanpop XD
It's supposed to be me in TDI form, but I look like I'm wearing waaay too much eye liner I think O.o Also I'm not sure about the hair... Does it look okay?

In case anyone is wondering, the little blue guy on my shoulder is Kurt (Nightcrawler) of the X-Men <3 I Cinta him ^-^

I'd also appreciate some constructive criticism. I'm always happy to get tips on how I can improve my drawings.

I also just wanted to say that I'm sorry to the people I'm doing requests for. I still don't have any way of getting my sketches on the computer :(
