I'm not sure how to make a vow of abstinence, could anyone help me?

Hello. I've always assumed that I would wait till marriage before having sex. I am a teenager now and I still feel that way but I know that many of my Friends have not waited. I really want to make a vow but I'm not sure how. I'm not a Christian so I can't ask a Church person atau anything. Is it still ok to make a vow if your not Christian? How do I make a vow? Do I need a ring?

to make a vow, find someone who anda would trust, a childhood Friends who anda are close with would be ideal. anda could ask your parents but i would suggest not. it hard to explain why but its just better if its a close friends. when anda make your vow, whatever relationship anda are in, u are oblige to tell that person. whatever anda do in that relationship anda have to tell that person not in specific detail but in brief. so the person can be accountable for whatever actions and Nasihat you.
