Jake Gartner here. For some reason, something kept those mutant serpents away from us. Chase Johnson, my friend, is over here with me at the perpustakaan of Death. Yeah. Bad name for a library, if anda ask me. I would never have come here in the first place, had no one ever bothered me with a ransom note about my mother dying if I didn't go on this life-or-death journey. (Sorry, I have to speed the story up now. Chase says I'm getting all the attention.) So, what we found out at the library. Not much. All we found out was that mutant serpents tend to be very huge, have sharp teeth, and stay away from most humans. Which we found true at the battle, except for the fact that the mutant serpent attacked me, so, that would be partially true. It attacked me, no one else. Oh yeah, Chase too. I have a feeling that someone atau something, maybe a magical spell, is protecting us. The librarian there, Mr. Ankersant, was telling us that the dead usually rise if the mutant serpent shows up. Great. That helps a lot. Chase is suggesting right now that we go back to the Gods' Sanctuary and take a break for the day. anda know, boost up our energy, get a good grip on tomorrow's events, get prepared for any life-consuming disasters, that sort of thing. I agreed, but not because I wanted a rest (well, I did, after my work is done), but because I wanted to work on the mutant serpent's information, privately. Not that I want to leave Chase out on anything, just that it feels better without him, and I work better and faster. Alright, I'll leave tonight for another chapter. Ciao for now.
On a starry sky
In the moonlight
At midnight
When I think of you
My hati, tengah-tengah beats faster
For there is no one like you
Who makes my hari perfect
Make my body to go numb
Lose myself
And forever hold that smile on my face
Its true that we are
Now on our separate ways
With the promises aside
That we'll meet again
For again might also mean
The seterusnya moment
atau maybe never
anda may alih on
Find your perfect princess
In this imperfect world
But to me
You'll always be
My prince charming
And thus the soalan remains
Should I alih on?
Should I forget?
Is this the destiny of my life?
Only time will tell
But until then
You'll hold a fragment of my soul
For my mind wants to alih on
But my hati, tengah-tengah stays persistent
That you'll one hari turn unto me
In the moonlight
At midnight
When I think of you
My hati, tengah-tengah beats faster
For there is no one like you
Who makes my hari perfect
Make my body to go numb
Lose myself
And forever hold that smile on my face
Its true that we are
