Look at everything they went through to find each other again, to be together again.
Damon and Elena - Okay, let's get something straight. I LOVE Delena. They are one of my favorite couples, but they have no place on this list. They don't have a love story yet. They have amazing potential for a great love story, but so far? They don't really have one.
Dan & Blair - Another couple I very much enjoy! Yet I can't honestly tell you that I believe they have any kind of love story at this point. They have a good connection, fun banter, nice chemistry etc. But so far they have only exchanged one kiss, and right now they are in no way even pursuing any kind of a relationship.
Dean & Jo - They were never more than friends. Sorry Dean/Jo fans but it's a fact. Maybe Jo had some kind of feelings for Dean [& what sane girl wouldn't!] but it was made clear that Dean didn't see her that way. The one kiss they shared was a result of her getting ready to die & him wanting to say goodbye.
There are quite a few others I'd like to debate, but since they are couples i dislike so that probably would interfere a little in how i think of them!
I love Dean/Jo a lot, but I can see what you're saying.
