Jake talks a little about his mom in Breaking Dawn when he's thinking about how the Cullens will explain Bella's "death" and how his mom had a closed casket. Billy also mentions her when he talks to Jake about how hard it is for Rachel and Rebecca to come back to LaPush since their mom died. And I think it's Charlie that mentions how Jake looks lebih like his mother. Her name was Sara and she did die in a car accident.
