i love imprinting! it's so sweet! i love jacob and nessie, and quil and claire!

When I first realized that's what happened at the end of his POV I was like WOAH!,but then the idea grew on me and now I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! People who are like EWW that's GROSS, GET over it! It's done and he even said he doesn't think about her like that,he just wants her safe and one day when she's older things will be different! I have read this one AMAZING fan-fiction about the two of them that could probably convert anybody into loving them. It's just AWESOME!

Oh and yeah I LOVE LOVE LOVE Quil and Claire too :D

i know i think it's sweet! jacob DID say that when it's on like babies and toddlers all they wanted was to protect them, there was nothing romantic about it! what's so gross about wanting to protect a kid and care for them???

^^spikes_girl that is exactly what i think! god, so many times i read comments about people saying it's gross when really it's not. it was said in the book that there is absolutely nothing romantic about it when she's a kid. i mean, if you just read the parts that have quil and claire in it, it's so obvious that there's nothing creepy going on.

I don't think it's creepy but i just don't like it especially the imprinting of Jacob.

Yeah I'm honestly curious too the only reasoning people ever give behind their choice is it's gross or weird but why exactly is it. I mean would you rather have had him pine after Bella forever or maybe he could imprint on Leah who loves Sam or hey maybe he could imprint on Rose or Alice who are also taken

I like it. its adorable, once the idea grew on me and igot used top it i really like jake and nessie and quil & claire. Although admittedly i was a little disturbed when jake said Quil imprinted on claire until he said there was nothing romantic about it. then it was all Aw's. Im curious too^

I did find it a little creepy when Quil imprinted on Claire just because she was a baby and I didnt think that it was possible. But then the book explained everything and I thought that it was kinda cute. The one thing I dont like about imprinting which could also be good like in Jacob's case, is how people can get hurt from it. Leah got hurt for loving Sam but Jacob finally got over Bella by imprinting on Reneesme.

ok I think its a little creepy BUT only becuse of what Quil said " yeah I know what you mean man I don't see thier faces eaither" in other words he doesn't see other girls as potential mates/girlfriends becuse he has claire

I think that he means he can't see them b/c of how he knows he WILL feel and he doesn't want to hurt someone else when he knows he bound to Claire FOREVER..same for Jake and Nessie

It depends, around your age, cute, little baby....okay a little creepy but I get the whole "wait till they're of age" thing.

I thought it was weird at first but that was because I thought the imprintee didn't have a choice. I only thught it was creepy 4 like 2 seconds... I read fast. I think it is awesome now and all my friends are going on and on about how lucky Renesmee is... har har har...
