We head to my old vehicle. Really old. But... it’s the only vehicle I am supposed to afford. I am a Teenager and teens aren’t supposed to afford Ferraris. I jem the key into ignition and drive down the road. I slid in a Rawak tape deck. CRAP! My mother drove the freaking vehicle last. I can tell. One of her old fogies’ songs came on. Embarrassed I fumble for the off switch. I slid back in my seat.

“Damn cute!” he laughs, I hear him chuckle “Jen, Jen, My Jen”
I ignore him and paste my eyes on the road. I hear him ramble about football, parties, and the cool crowd. None of which am I a part of. I am a standoffish girl in a socialite of a world. Oh well. I know I am pretty. I have fine blonde hair that I recently cut into a bob. I have baby blue eyes and full lips. The exact opposite of my lover Damien. He has black hair, brown eyes, and dark skin. He also happens to be a socialite. I guess opposites attract. I stop the vehicle in front of his house.
