Am I the only one gaving this problem?

I get stuck on details, Lets say I am Penulisan a scene and then I need a name for something and BAM I get stuck until I figure out the name, It is really annoying because I usually know how to continue but can't because of ONE detail that I can't get out.

If anda have this atau a similar problem what do anda do to get around it?
