K) The balloon man and the red balloon are actually part of a scene from a TV show, which the girl interrupts sejak trying to save the balloon.
L) The girl and the woman are actually bittersweet memories of the balloon man, remembering his wife and daughter before the car crash.
M) The girl and the woman are actually alternate universe versions of the balloon man's wife and daughter, trying to convince him to come back with them.
