Light bills
It was a few days after the brownie incident, thankfully nobody knew who dropped the brownie but since it was on the floor the snack room was on lockdown for a few days.Today was the last hari and people were jumping down in anticipation.
And I became one of the group when I was informed of a pizza/popcorn party I was invited to.
"It's on Friday night after school bring lots of Kandi and Filem and prepare for the worst" Tweety informed me
"The worst?"
"The weathermen say it might rain and maybe with thunder and lightning we might have to sleep the night"Ariel berkata not looking up from her book
"If so anda boys will sleep in the living room and us girls in my room"
"Cool"I berkata not sounding like the screaming girl that I was Berlakon inside.

"Also I'm going to see if Aurora wants to come"

Tweety grinned winked at me then opened her book.
It took Friday forever to come but finally it did.
School was ... well school and one minit I'm walking to class the seterusnya I'm on my way to Tweety's.

"Thanks"I replied walking in "cool place"

And it was, I like to call it the wanna be pantai house because it sure looked like it.
Except there's no pantai just those underground pools and they have a small backyard with a fence and jack russel terrier that was calmly sitting down staring over the fence as if there was someone was out there.
I was greeted sejak the guys as soon as I sat down we turned on the tv and started talking and soon enough one of us was thrown in the pool. Tweety let me borrow one of her oldest brother's swim trunks that had just been washed.As I walked out of the bathroom I once again walked into Aurora.
I almost didn't recognize her without her goth gear but she still wore that same chain with a lot of trinkets. She looked like a model for a magazine, and suprisingly when she saw me she smiled.
"Kyle hi"Aurora berkata "look I just wanted to apologize about the way I acted...c-can we start over"
"Sure"I berkata as I shook her hand, she gave me bright grin then entered the bathroom.
I stood there stunned Tweety's words replayed from my mind, maybe she was mean because other people were mean to her.For the seterusnya (three) hours we played in the pool until we saw the flash of lightning and heard the roll of thunder.
When we checked the news they berkata that it was going to pour (not rain pour) for a long while and were basically stuck here.
I called mom to tell her and she berkata she was fine (thank you, thank you, and thank you). She berkata if I had (keyword being had) to stay overnight I could. The other guy's parents agreed. So were going to have a sleepover!

"Shut up!" Ariel yelled as we all repeated the verse.

We were Singing the other verse when the lights went out."Ah man" Fable moaned "someone's going have to turn on the generator"
"Tweety go do it"Mike said

"Well can someone come with me"

"Outside in the backyard at the right side of the house"

Cautiously we made our way out of the house to the backyard. Duffy atau Turf (the dog can't get his name right now) was barking like a mad dog at the other side of the street.
The generator was seterusnya to the fuse box that was opened. Tweety frowned at the box and went up to it.
"What it is"
"What's wrong"
"Someone came here and shut off the electricity" Tweety answered.
"How"
"It's a button that anda press and to make the lights go back on anda flip this switch" She explained as she flipped the switch.
We stood transfixed huddling under the umbrella to not get too wet as the lights inside the house went on."Someone who shouldn't be here came here" Tweety berkata anger and raw fear in her voice as she closed the box.Aurora sheilded her eyes against the rain and looked.
"Ever get the feeling your being watched" I asked
"All the time" Aurora berkata as we shared an knowing look
"Let's just get out of here"Tweety berkata "Duffy here boy!"The dog ran and jumped into her welcoming arms but kept looking to the other side of the street.
I looked there to and...wait is that? No it can't be I'm just...tired.
"Kyle come on" Aurora berkata tugging on my sleeve I nodded and followed them inside.

The man hid in the shadows of the other jalan and silently watched them. Unseen sejak them, they didn't know a clue.
He smiled to himself,yes he thought,this will be fun. He opened the phone that once belonged to Rebecca Coils, only it's his now. Silently laughing the man walked away knowing the fun had just begun.
