-Chapter One-
In the blink of a eye, a life can be turned around and upside down. This is something I had found out just mere saat before. When my parents told me I'd be packing up everything I knew and be moving. My name is Isabella Moore and things were just getting started.
It was a cool Thursday night, and my parents had just layed down the biggest news of my life on me.
I was moving out of MY city. Chicago was all I'd ever known and all I'd come to love. My friends, my hopes and dreams, they were all supposed to come true here!... Why was this happening?
A million other thoughts blazed through my mind in a matter of seconds. I walked over to my katil and plopped down perahu nelayan kecil, pukulan in the center. I felt myself holding back tears again, and I almost failed when my phone started ringing. I reached over and picked it up. I read the name over a couple of times before my brain could register it. I slowly pressed the screen and answered it.
"Hey." I berkata trying to sound happy and normal.
"Hey, Bella!" A familiar voice called from the other end.It was one of my best friends, Kylie.
"I was just calling to make sure that we were still meeting with the girls before school. anda had to tell us something, right?"
"Yeah, I did. And at our usual place."
I berkata in response.
"Great! See anda then."
She berkata happily.
"Bye."
I berkata as I hung up.
I fell back against my matress and stared at the ceiling. Without warning the tears started streaming down the sides of my face.
I quickly wiped them off and turned my head looking out my window.
I looked out and buildings that were close to mine. Most had lights on but some didn't. I heard the honking and the aliveness on downtown just eighteen storys below me. Were they really going to take this away from me? Could they really do this to me?
