X-Men Soalan

Has anyone else noticed how almost all of the major Women of X have some mental issue?

It seems like they have to make every woman of X have some mental disorder.

Jean Grey-do we really need to explain the Phoenix/Dark Phoenix?

Madelyne Pryor-went insane due to Scott leaving her for Jean and taking their son with him.

Storm-claustrophobia

Rogue-multiple personality disorder and her mental problems are the reason she can't control her powers

Psylocke-again, need I explain?

Jubilee-poor girl is a bloodlusting vampire

Emma Frost-Seriously. I think she's a nymphomaniac. No one can be that obsessed with sex without being one.

Polaris-insane

Mystique-(yes, for all of anda uninformed people, she WAS a woman of X at one time) No one can be sane if they decide to have sex with Sabretooth.

Shadowcat-anger issues and depression

Did I miss anyone? Definately. Will they probably reappear with their own issues? Definately.

No disrespect but how is being a Vampire a mental issue?

^The vampire part isn't, but the bloodlusting is, atau rather the sadism she gets from it just like every other vampire is. I see your point, but I wasn't talking about the whole vampire, just the little mental Tag that go with it.

I guess it must make a good plot line.

It wouldn't be as good if none of them had thier own "issues" to work out

Exactly, but there is a point of overdoing it, which is the point I was trying to make sejak just bringing in the well known women of X.

Haha you're right... Looking at the men as well, they're not any better XD

I think most of their mental issues are pretty justifiable though. When anda spend your life fighting, you're bound to have seen atau done things to leave yourself some what scarred.

Storm's is pretty understandable, being buried in rubble from an earth quake for who knows how long as a child and all :P

You're right, the men aren't, but they tend to express it lebih when it comes to women. =P Though they may be justifiable they're still there, and that drives ME insane. Sure, I can see some of them having problems, but COME ON!!! Can't we have a sane superheroine.
