Annabeth and I walked out in our new white dresses. They were styled just like an amazon dress so we could appear friendly. I also had a sheathed sword under my waist tie in case of trouble. I crafted it out of a hydra scale, so if it were damaged, it repairs itself. We walked a couple of feet, and then were spotted sejak a patrol.
“State your name’s” One commanded. I bowed deeply.
“I’m Sarah. This is Annabeth. Her mother is Athena, goddess of wisdom and I have the blood of the gods Apollo, Artemis, Aphrodite, Poseidon, Athena, Ares and Hades” I stated “We are here on a mission from Zeus to get the golden Rafflesia arnoldii to bring back Apollo’s immortality, for it was stolen.”
The one who first addressed us turned back to their group, talked for a saat then came back to us.
“We will take anda to Hypolita, our Queen. If what anda say is true, anda will walk from this island, alive” the leader said
We walked around the beautiful island until we came to an outdoor throne. A lady with blonde hair pulled back into a kuda, kuda kecil and a beautiful crown was sitting on it. She looked down on us with cold eyes. I bowed deeply then stood, looking the lady straight on.
“You’re Majesty; I am Sarah a humble mortal assistant to the gods. This is my friend Annabeth, an honourable Demi God daughter of Athena. We are here seeking aid for Apollo. His immortality has been stolen, and Zeus can not bring it back without a rare golden Rafflesia arnoldii from your magnificent island of Themyscira, utama to the Amazons” I introduced
“You say anda are a mortal, yet anda told my daughters anda had the blood of the gods in you” The Queen said
“Just because I have gods blood in me does not make me immortal does it? I still age, get hurt and sick, I still live” I replied
“That is true. Where is your proof for being on a mission for Zeus then?” she demanded
“In my purse. One moment” I said, opening my shadow purse. I shuffled around init, digging through everything until half my body was submerged in stuff. Finally, I found it. My I.I.M. device.
“Here we go. My Instant Iris Messaging device. It is basically a cell phone with built in mist so I can easily Iris message people. It’s the wave of the future for half bloods every where” I said, turning it on
“Impressive, but what does that prove?” The Queen demanded
“Nothing until I call someone. And that someone will be…” I scrolled through my contacts” Uhg! I don’t have Zeus! I guess Hera will do then”
“You’re going to contact Hera? Is that possible?” Hypolita asked
“Anything is possible when anda know the gods” I said, throwing a golden Drachma into the mist “Hera, Mt. Olympus please”
The mist started shifting and it turned into a screen of a woman. She was sitting in a garden.
“Hera!” I called
“Sarah! How good it is to see anda again! You’ve grown! And who are anda with? Oh, Annabeth, darling anda look magnificent. Your mother has a reason to be proud of you!” Hera commented
“Hera, we need to speak with Zeus. It is a matter of life and death. Oh, and Hypolita and the Amazons say Hello with a deep bow” I mentioned
“Got it. hei ZEUSY SOMEONE WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!” Hera called
“WHO?!” came the gruff reply
“SARAH AND HER FRIEND ANNABETH DAUGHTER OF ATHENA! IT CONCERNS APOLLO AND HIS IMMORTALITY!” Hera replied
“I’M COMING, I’M COMING!” replied Zeus. A saat later, Zeus was on the screen.
“Lord Zeus, am I atau am I not on a special mission for you?” I asked
“Sarah, anda know the answer. Of course anda are!” Zeus responded
“Very well Sarah, anda may have our golden Rafflesia arnoldii for Apollo” Hypolita announced
