I pushed aside a leafy pokok branch, stepping across a clear concrete sidewalk. Gotham City was standing right before me, but I had to remember that we weren't on Earth anymore. The two cities looked so alike, except for one difference.
"No litter?" I realized, glancing at the garbage man who was taking a break on a park bench.
"This is the opposite of Gotham City," Robin berkata as he came up beside me, tapping his wristwatch computer screen.
"What now?" KF asked as he sped toward us.
Robin looked to the center of the city, where a building with the words "The Wilderness" was printed on it.
"We soalan the authorities, stop the destruction, and go back home. It can't get any easier!"
We ran across the jalan and headed for the organization. I had a bad feeling, the kind anda get when everything seems too easy.
"Robin, shouldn't we--?"
Suddenly, loud clicks were heard, and groups of police officers with machine Pistol surrounded us, looking deadly.
"Put your hands up!" I looked for the sumber of the voice, which turned out to be a man who looked a lot like Commissioner Gordon, but a lot younger.
Guess I know what anda mean sejak everything being opposite, I thought.
"I told anda so!" Robin smirked toward me, then stopped when a cop tightened his grip on the gun.
"What's going on?" asked a voice. I craned my head toward the approaching figure, and I gasped as I recognized it.
It was me. The other me gasped as she took in the sight of her copy.
"What the--?"
Another version of Robin came up beside her, and waved off the officers. The other Erica walked up to me, her eyebrows lowered in confusion.
"The Earthlings," she breathed to Robin.
"What are anda trying to do to our planet?" I demanded, feeling weird that I was yelling at myself.
The other Robin laughed. "Don't get too hostile. We'll give anda a tour of our headquarters, where anda could meet with our leaders and settle out our problems."
I looked at Aqualad. "Should we?"
He nodded. "It's the only chance we've got."
