It'll be hosted in Rio De Janeiro. A three hari festival in the town."
"Wait, Rio De Janeiro?" Artemis asked.
"Yes," Batman replied. "In South America."
Chapter Nine- "The Start of lebih Troubles"

"Alright everyone, listen up. Artemis and I will take care of the assassins, Robin, anda and KF take crowd control. This is essential. Get everyone out as calmly and organized as anda can."
The two boys groaned, but acknowledged.
"Wondergirl, Batgirl, protect Grant at all costs."
"Already on it Nightwing!" Wondergirl responded, flying down in front of Grant. She blocked a bullet from holly as Batgirl landed on the stage.
"Come on Mr. Grant." Batgirl said, grabbing the boy billionaire and dragging him off the stage.
Wondergirl began backing offstage to follow the female Bat, but at that moment, Artemis landed on her back, Cheshire following.
Batgirl almost ran into a group of security guards.
"Mr. Grant! There anda are!" the first guard exclaimed.
"They've got it." Grant said, pulling free of Batgirl's grip. "Thanks though."
Batgirl nodded and left.
"Switch dance partners?" Wondergirl asked, blocking lebih bullets from Holly.
"What is it with anda and dancing?" Artemis asked, turning and firing an Arrow at Holly.
The assassin dodged the arrows, and the two different projectiles thrown sejak Nightwing and Batgirl respectively. She turned and jumped off the building, tossing her own projectiles at the two apprentices to the Dark Knight, enshrouding them in smoke.
Holly's way down would've been clear, had a certain black and red vigilante not intercepted her in midair, tossing her onto another roof.
The video paused and G. Gordon Godfrey stepped back I front of the screen.
"See? Grant glances up slightly before turning, allowing the bullet to pass sejak him and kill the Russian finalist. He was obviously receiving help from this so called 'Nightwing' and his 'friends'. They were lebih worried about Grant than stopping an international incident. Now, as I'm sure you've all seen, Russia has declared war on the United States! And this Samuel Grant and Nightwing have the guts to go to Russia to try and stop this war! When will the Justice League stop this insult to our world? When will they put aside their own super egos and actually try to help us!"

The doctor and the butler nodded, leaving the room. As soon as they were gone, Sam locked the door and opened up a line to the Watchtower.
"Just had to look up, didn't you?" Batman asked as soon as the channel was open.
"I was looking up the entire time. " Sam replied. "This Godfrey dude is annoying as-"
"I know," Batman said. "But as Clark said, he is entitled to his own opinion."
"I'm not disputing that." Sam said. "And that's not why I called. I'm assuming anda sent someone after me as I travel to Russia?"
"Beta Squad. Just three Heroes and they'll be undercover until this gets cleared up."
"Any information on the President of Russia?"
"No. Batcave's systems have nothing on him. Neither do the Watchtower's."
"Strange, my system's have nothing on them about any 'Joseph' either." Sam said.
"Well since you're doing the negotiating, anda can get us some information." Batman said.
Sam pulled out his Red Revenge suit. "I'm going for a different reason. There is something going on here. Something that shouldn't."
"Just don't drag any of my Heroes into it." Batman said.
