Chapter Six:

"Good, good. Natalie, one thing worries me."

"Yes, ma'am?"

"Do I look like a 'ma'am' to you?" The woman snapped.

"No Ms. Happsnatch."

"Thats what I thought." The teacher said, adjusting her glasses before continuing. "What worries me, Natalie, is how slow anda are in disabling your target and hiding the body."

"Im just trying to do a good job, Ms. Happsnatch." Megan replied.

"Well hurry it up!" the woman snapped.

"Yes, Ms. Happsnatch."

"Take the cat and rub the ointment on it's fur, like so." the teacher took the tabby, who protested VERY much to the experiment, and spread the ointment on his fur.

"Gas masks on."

The girls slid their gas masks over their face and watched as the cat began to howl and slither around. It disintegrated before their eyes in under two minutes, just as promised.

Cassie thought she puked in her gas mask, but wasn't sure.

"On the dummy, Barbara, don't be afraid."

Barbara gritted her teeth. Batman had NEVER taught her anything this teacher was. How to kill with a single shot cleverly hidden (big surprise there), defensive moves to knock a person out in one clean swipe, various moves to dislocate a person's bones, several others on how to break them cleanly in half, and now they were learning how to kill with one touch.

Barbara swung her hand down (NO, Im not telling anda where) and the dummy crumpled. The class applauded behind the glass two rooms over and Barbara walked out. Right before she closed the door however, she saw the teacher take off the mask the dummy had been wearing to unveil the body of a dead girl.

Barbara's legs gave out beneath her.
