Does anyone know of a Converter?

Does anyone know a good converter I can use that is free?

I will pay $ in the end if I have to, But I'm in college so I dont want to of course lol.

I had one that was free a tahun lalu that could convert a 20 min video in 4 min, so I know there out there.

All I want it do be able to do is convert IFO files into at least Avi and Mpeg(iPod) files fast!

I plan on converting 20 - 40 min video so I dont want to wait 40 min for them to convert...
