I will rate my speaking level if you are don't mind:
Lithuanian 10/10 (I'm Lithuanian, and I live there)
English 8/10 (or maybe 9/10... :D)
Russian 6/10 (I love watching Russian TV shows and I guess I'm quite good, because this language is quite difficult- but not as difficult as Norwegian)
Spanish 2/10 (I love wathing soup operas in original language)
German 1/10 (My mum sometimes starts speaking German, so I know basic words and I can say few sentences... P.s. I have a terrible accent :D)
Norwegian 1/10 (I started learning only few weeks ago, but I already know basic words :P)
...And maybe Latvian... I sometimes understand what they are talking, because Latvian and Lithuanian sounds quite similar... :D

To vioLinistqirL: In Finland we are talking two languaes, Swedish and finnish, so I live in a part of Finland there we almost only talk swedish, someone can talk both swedish and finish, but we are learning finish in school, so I understand finnish, and I can talk little, and in another part of Finland they talk almost only finnish, so they are learning swedish in school :b so finland are a twolagugesland, do you get what I mean? :b sorry for my bad english :b And I understand norwegian that it's like swedish, and the dialect we talk here :b
6% talk swedish
94% finnish

Like other language I speak English and Spanish,
with notions of Hebrew, Portuguese, Arabic and Italian.

In Belgium we speak French and Flemish(Dutch), which are the two languages officilles the country! But being the capital of Europe we are very cosmopolitan.

Now I would love to learn Russian. ;)
I think this is one of the most difficult languages
in the world, with the Chinese alphabet and French grammar!
