I think this is lebih like a part of a CG...hmmm...a CG from a visual novel
anyway, if I have to say this, a part of her is quite too vulgar for an ordinary Anime *not her belly(button) atau naked shoulder atau something* guess it sejak yourself :P

The graphics in the background and the way the characters are positioned make me guess that it could be from a video game, atau an Anime based computer game. So it's probably not from an anime.
